Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, Help manage a team of housekeeping staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Oversee floor care, including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services
- Maintain records and prepare reports on housekeeping activities

Skills:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and other departments
